Penafeather created the company in 1972 as Penafeather Consulting Engineers. David H. Lee and Keith H. Browne joined the company in the mid-1970's, establishing the partnership of Lee and Browne Consulting Engineers.Over the years, Lee & Browne built a reputation for quality engineering services. Proven solutions and methods have been learned and passed down through internal mentoring over our long history.
